Q-Con is once again upon us! QUB Dragonslayers are hosting the annual gaming convention on 27th - 29th June in the Students' Union building at Queen's University Belfast, and TableTopNorth will be there to put on a wide variety of games, including RPGs and wargames. See you there!

Call of Cthulhu - The Lighthouse
Not far off the coast of New England, stands a lone lighthouse. Atop its tower a dim light glows, day and night, but it is no fiery beacon, nor warning glow, but a pale, unearthly radiance. Of late, no word has been received from the keepers that live upon this desolate rock... but a storm approaches... and the light may not be bright enough to pierce the encroaching gloom. A local boat, bearing a small crew, has been launched to seek answers... and who knows, perhaps to save the lives of some unfortunate mariners, unlucky enough to be lost in the coming storm.
Cyberpunk - Night City Stories (Adults only)
Its always the same - rain and violence sweeps the streets of the Metropolis. Matt (Stamt) Johnson was the only glimmer of light in the city of night but they snuffed him out. This cannot be let go, THEY WILL PAY!!!!!!
3D Dungeon - Adventures in the 3rd Dimension
D&D started from small scale fantasy wargames, fought in mine works under castles and this is in part a tribute to our roots and a tribute in part to E Gary Gygax's immortal memory.
Imagine a subterrean complex filled with loot and horrors in almost equal measures.* Heroic adventureres sent in to brave these horrors and liberate the loot all for the entertainment of rich an powerful beings. Kinda like old school D&D but with 30 years of messing about....

Legends of the Old West - Hot Night in Hell's Kitchen
A 1920's miniature skirmish game of Cops, Gangsters and something more sinister! It's June 1928 in the New York district known locally as Hell's Kitchen. Whilst most of the city is busy with commerce, industry and trying to get around the prohibition laws... Hell's Kitchen is at boiling point. Mobsters are fighting a bloody turf war for control of the illegal drinking dens, bootlegging and vice trades, whilst the New York Police Department are woefully undermanned and the scourge of corruption coming from the top is turning the Big Apple rotten. Are you ready to help the NYPD clean up the streets or perhaps create your own criminal empire in the Empire State?
The Vogon Game
The life of the Imperial President is in mortal danger - he has been captured by the evil men from Mars, who are about to fly him to long-term imprisonment in the Maurian Salt Mines. Your group of heroes is tasked with organizing his rescue. There will be lots honour, medals and maybe a little money for those who survive the mission.

Space Hulk - Balfona IV and the Tyranid menace
Ducking around a corner and into cover, Terminator Marine Clivius slammed his last assault cannon magazine snugly into place. The barrel rotated into life once more and with a muttered prayer to the Emperor he swung around the corner.
"BY ALL THATS HOLY!!" he swore. The recently empty corridor heaved with all manner of Tyranid organisms dozens of the alien filth chittering as they swarmed down the corridor towards him. With a well practised flick of his thumb and the satisfying reassurance of WARNING - FULLY AUTOMATIC DISCHARGE OF ASSAULT CANNON IN PROGRESS warning on his HUD; he pressed the fire button.

Cthulhutech - Shadows In The Night
It is the year 2085, and all-out war has raged for twenty-six years. Pitted against humanity and their Nazzadi allies are the might of the alien Migou, who seek to enslave humanity, and the Cults, who worship Things-Better-Left-Alone. Unfortunately, as the Migou already know, things could be much worse... for everybody.
The 57th Armoured Recon Division, currently fighting a holding action against the genocidal Rapine Storm Cult, are about to find out how much worse...
Wargames:
DBM (De Bellis Multitudinis) Competition
"DBM" is a set of rules for fighting battles with miniature figures representing the military forces of nations and tribes from early antiquity until the advent of gunpowder in the late 15th century A.D.
This is a 4 round competition using version 3.1 of the rules using any current published IWF clarifications and is for armies of 400pts, using Army Lists from DBM Books 1 to 4. The competition will use the +100 scoring system.
Games will last around three hours, with a random finish time 15 minutes either side of the published finish time. When "Time" is called, the game will stop IMMEDIATELY the current phase is complete.
Each player must supply his or her own fully painted 15mm scale army and terrain. [Some extra terrain and figures can be provided by the Umpire]. Odd shaped or irregular terrain and unpainted figures will not be permitted.
DBA Participation Game - Veni Vedi Vici
Can you do as well as Caesar and subdue the Barbarian Hordes, or will your Legions succumb to ferocious charge of the Gallic Warbands. Games should last a maximum of 15 minutes. This will be run throughout the DBM competition by the Umpire.
FoG (Fields of Glory) Competition
This is a 3 round competition of the rules and is for armies of 600pts, using published Army Lists. Games will last around two hours. Each player must supply his or her own fully painted 15mm scale army and terrain. Odd shaped or irregular terrain and unpainted figures will not be permitted.
